Thermo Fisher Scientific UK Summer Symposium

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., the world leader in serving science, today announced a free-of-charge summer symposium to present the latest developments in the fields of laboratory solutions. Following the success of last year’s event, the Summer Symposium will return in 2011 bigger and better with a much broader scope which will offer something for any scientific researcher. The educational symposium has been scheduled to take place on Tuesday 7th June 2011 in the prestigious QEII Conference Centre close to the Palace of Westminster in London. The Symposium will include presentations from scientists both from within the company and key users from representative organisations who are utilising Thermo Scientific products and equipment to further their daily research. The symposium will commence with an open plenary session, aimed to introduce participants to the Thermo Scientific brand and illustrate how the company’s broad portfolio of complete laboratory solutions can help make the world a healthier, cleaner and safer place. The remainder of the events will be split into multiple parallel sessions, which will detail the most recent technology and application developments from the world’s leader in serving science.
