TOMATO JUICE
Code: SR0032
Description
This product is the juice of ripe tomatoes, clarified by
filtration. It has a pH of 4.1 (approx) and 100ml of SR0032 is equivalent
to 227 grams of tomato. Tomato juice can be added to nutrient media as a
specific
growth stimulant for lactic acid bacteria.
