Directions
Aseptically add 2ml of sterile distilled water to one vial mix gently
to dissolve the powder completely. Aseptically add the contents of one vial
to 500ml of sterile Thayer
Martin Medium, cooled to approximately 50°C, prepared from GC Agar Base
CM0367, 1% (w/v) Soluble Haemoglobin Powder LP0053 and the rehydrated contents
of
one
vial of Vitox SR0090.
