a selective supplement to be used in conjunction with Legionella BCYE Growth Supplement (SR0110) and Legionella CYE Agar Base (CM0655) for the isolation of legionellae

Bromocresol purple	1.0mg	5.0mg	10.0mg

Directions
Reconstitute one vial SR0118E per 100ml medium or one vial SR0118B per 500ml medium, as directed. Aseptically add the vial contents to BCYE-a Medium prepared from Legionella CYE Agar Base (CM0655) and Legionella BCYE-a Supplement (SR0110) and cooled to 50°C. Mix well and pour into sterile Petri dishes.
