LEGIONELLA GVPN SELECTIVE SUPPLEMENT

a selective supplement for the detection of Legionella species from water and related materials

Vial contents (each vial is sufficient for 500ml of medium)
Glycine (ammonia free)	1.5g
Vancomycin hydrochloride	0.5mg
Polymixin B sulphate	40,000IU
Natamycin	20.0mg

Directions
Reconstitute one vial per 500ml medium as directed. Aseptically add the vial contents to BCYE Medium prepared using Legionella CYE Agar Base (CM0655) and Legionella BCYE Growth Supplement (SR0110), cooled to approximately 50°C. Mix well and pour into sterile Petri dishes.
