Following the recent rebranding announcement, Thermo Fisher Scientific announces a makeover for the oxoid.com and remel.com web sites, to bring them in line with the look and feel of the premier product-brand web site, thermoscientific.com. These changes also encompass the web site for TREK Diagnostic Systems, following the acquisition by Thermo Fisher in 2011. Our Thermo Scientific Microbiology Solutions are starting the new year with a new look!
These changes should not affect how you work with the sites. A search using Oxoid, Remel or TREK DS will still find the site in the same way, and if you have a site saved as a favourite, you don’t need to change anything. The new appearance is intended as a reminder to visitors to the site that they will soon begin to see the products carrying the Thermo Scientific logo.

Following on from the announcement of our intention to bring all microbiology products together under the Thermo Scientific name, this makeover for the web sites is a logical next step to help us communicate to our customers to begin looking for Oxoid, Remel and TREK branded products under Thermo Scientific."
