Chaque flacon permet de supplémenter 500 ml de milieu.
PREPARATION
Reconstituer un flacon avec 2 ml d’eau distillée stérile
et agiter doucement par retournement pour dissoudre. Ajouter stérilement
le flacon au milieu de base EC modifié (CM0990) refroidi.
